摘要:新课程理念给课堂教学改革带来了深刻的变化,对化学教师提出了新的、更高的要求,也给教师教学技能发展赋予了新的内容。为适应新课程改革,化学师范生应具有怎样的教学技能结构?高校如何去培养师范生的这些技能?本文借鉴各种教学技能的分类,结合化学教学的特点以及新一轮化学教学改革和教师专业化的需要,按照化学教学工作体系,设想化学师范生教学技能的结构并提出了相应的培养对策。

化学教学技能是一种结构复杂的自动化的活动方式。教师的教学活动既是教师的单独的、详细的动作或实验,也是由化学学科知识、师生共同互动、化学实验仪器、媒体仪器等诸多因素共同组成的有机活动的整合体。因此,化学教师教学技能除了教师个人在教学中的相关技能、以及交给学生化学知识的技能以外,还包括组织课堂教学活动、升华课堂教学效果等方面的技能。
