摘要:步进电机按工作原理可分为永磁式、磁阻式(也叫反应式)及永磁感应子式三种基本类型.永磁式步进电机定子上有多相绕组,转子由永久磁铁构成,其磁化方向为辐向磁化,无激磁时有保持转矩.转子极数与定子每相的极数相同.

传统电动机作为机电能量转换装置,在人类的生产和生活进入电气化过程中起着关键的作用。可是在人类社会进入自动化时代的今天,传统电动机的功能已不能满足工厂自动化和办公自动化等各种运动控制系统的要求。为适应这些要求,发展了一系列新的具备控制功能的电动机系统,其中较有自己特点,且应用十分广泛的一类便是步进电动机。
