ABSTRACT摘要


如今经济全球化极大地改变了企业的具体情况,因此有必要了解国际化的过程中这些性能的影响。许多学者已经发现,国际化并不代表一个积极的表现效果。为了保证海外业务尤其是国际化超越总体成功,有效的国际组织结构需要(鲍文,2007年;巴特利特和戈沙尔,2000年)。适当的组织结构能适应本地化和集成的环境压力,以带来更好的盈利公司的国际活动。
由于组织结构和跨国企业绩效之间的重要关系,该研究始于总结发展和相关理论,如企业组织结构,组织绩效和相对论它们之间的电流研究。然后在此基础上研究的主题,一般研发的轮廓和研究方法提出。
Nowadays economy globalization dramatically changes enterprise’s circumstances, so it is necessary to be aware of these performance implications in the processes of internationalization. A lot of scholars have found that internationalization does not represent a positive performance effect. In order to promise an overall success in overseas operations, especially a surpassed internationalization, an effective international organizational structure is needed (Bowen, 2007; Bartlett and Ghoshar, 2000). An appropriate organizational structure can adapt to environmental pressures of localization and integration to bring better profit for company’s international activities.
Due to the important relationships between organizational structure and multinational enterprise performance, the study begins with summing up the development and current study of relative theories, such as enterprise organizational structure, organizational performance and relativity between them. Then based on the theme of this study, general researching Outline and researching methods are put forward.

According to general researching outline, the theoretical and quantitative analysis is brought forward. The study process contains selecting researching indexes, data collection, method describing and statistical analysis. In the end, the research found that there is no clear correlation between the organizational structure types of enterprises and the performance of enterprises. The organizational structure of enterprises on the standardization of enterprise performance a certain role in promoting; the standardization of the organizational structure of enterprises and corporate performance have positive effects; the organizational structure of enterprises and the centralization of the extent of the enterprise performance with a certain negative effect.
