Irrationality and the Decision-Making

1. Introduction
Organizational decision-making is always based on and carried out by rationality. In the second part, it will discuss the rationality and irrationality in the decision-making.  It will mainly give their development by summering the relevant theories. In the third part, it will explore the reason for the irrationality by summering the former literature. The reasons involve in the psychology, the information, the ideology, and the actions and so on. In the end, it will get some conclusions about rationality and the decision-making.
