1. Introduction
Value chain was first put forward by Michael Porter in his book "Competitive Advantage" in 1985. Porter pointed out that enterprise in order to develop its unique competitive advantage and create higher added value for its goods and services, business strategy is used to deconstruct the business model process, and becomes a series of value-added process, and this series of value-added process is "value chain."

We believe that Wal-Mart skip the intermediate suppliers to trade with the producers directly, the advanced global procurement and distribution centers, every day low price concepts, etc., all of which make the Wal-Mart has set its core competency – low cost control, so that it can be with the absolute right to speak in the entire value chain, and has a strong bargaining power, and thus improves its profitability.
