Introduction

　　　International trade is activity of goods and services exchange between different countries or regions. It implements the complementarities between different countries, and makes limited resources achieve reasonably configuration in a large region. However, there are a variety of international trade risks, if the participators can not find the risk at once, or effectively prevent risks, which could lead to failure. However, there are a variety of international trade risks when engaging in international trade, if someone does not be careful inadvertently he may suffer failure. Thus, in order to get success in the international trade, whether individuals or enterprises should be careful, get comprehensive understanding of information from the changes of international political, economic and cultural development; continuously improve their international competitiveness, manage rationally, and make scientific decision-making.
