Abstract:The hotel training management and system is one of the most important parts of hotel human resource management. Also it is crucial to find a suitable and effective training system for the Chinese native hotels and meet the needs of Chinese hotels in the global economy development era. In this dissertation the author introduces the certain background which the author focuses on. Generally the author summarizes the development opportunities and challenges which Chinese hotel industry and hotel market are facing during their status of overall development. The author also essay代写 discusses the related theories on training, such as learning theory, system management theory, sustainable developing theory, human capital theory and so on. Based on the analysis of literature review, the author uses case study of Jinjiang International Hotel Tangshan, and analyzes its original imperfect and old ordinary staff training system, and then designs a relatively perfect training system, aimed at solving problems of Jinjiang Hotel Tangshan, because low hotel talents’ quality cannot satisfy the strategic planning, so that this hotel lacks market competitiveness. The author takes Jinjiang International Hotel Tangshan as the research objective, and designs a copy of interview to do this research, after interviewing three employees of Jinjiang Hotel; the author finds out the problems of training system in the hotel and discusses the reasons for these problems. Finally the author summarizes the measures to improve the hotel training system, especially for the ordinary employees. And then proposes a new training system, from training demand analysis, new training system construction to the training contents which should be adjusted, the author also proposes some other recommendations to support this training system. In a word, the research combines the theatrical analysis and practical research investigation,quantificational analysis and qualitative analysis. The author sincerely hopes that the study can provide effective consultant theory and ideas in the establishment of the effective training management for Chinese native hotels.
