 In this day and age, with the development of tourism and hospitality industry, the increasing of competitiveness is more and more significantly. It has been recognized that the traditional Marketing mixes are not as effective as innovate technology marketing in the changing behavior of competitive marketplace. (hu et al., 2005, p.508). In today’s knowledge economy, however, technology stands as both a formidable power and challenging dilemma for the tourism and hospitality industry. (Cline 1999, pp.376). Due to technology was used in varieties of global industries in the decade years, enhancing productivity and improving service quality are the crucial roles of information technology in the industry. The Internet of technology is emerging as a powerful connecting force, allowing firms to serve customers, collaborate with partners and suppliers, and empower employees more effectively than ever before. (Zabin, 2002, p. 313) Thus the strategic use of technology in marketing is one of the most significant challenges facing the industry.
