As a result, it is necessary to arrange clearly their tasks of team members as follows. The manager is responsible the whole work of hotel with the help of managerial assistant and finance. Duty manager is responsible for the daily jobs including desk service, room service, public area service, restaurant service, security and maintenance. This system structure will helpful for the team members to know clearly their tasks and cooperation.

I worked in Commodore hotel for two reasons. One is for my major. My major is hotel management. Commodore hotel is a typical budget hotel for its scale, service, and price in London. She trained the members in professional and standard level and ruled the behaviors and talks of waiters to customers very clearly and detailed.
