These are another way for hotel practicing the experiential marketing which when people think about best view of Petronas Twin Towers they will notice that Grand Hyatt the one hotel who provide a best view of the Twin Tower. Although these two company are practicing different kind of experiential marketing but the result shown that these two company are so successful and they are keep increasing their revenue.
Experiential marketing is to tell people about a product or service features, and allow them to experience the difference between the benefits. If used properly, it is the most powerful tool out there to win brand loyalty. (Adella F, 2013)
There are also some defects of experiential marketing is in order to join as many sensory and rational processes as possible. However, indeed, it is hard to do so.
