rocess of Sex Harassment Training Project belong to the category of observable objectives, and they are used to determine whether or not the learning occurs.
Observable objectives in the SHTP are as follows:
1 Active participation of trainees in the training.
2 Identify examples of sexual harassment.
3 Obvious improvement of behaviors - demonstration, performance and identification in the training program and workplace.
Measurable Objectives
Measurable objectives are utilized to determine whether each part of what the trainer taught was learned or not. To achieve this goal, a paper-and-pencil test and a thesis writing which cover all contents of knowledge learned in sexual harassment training project are indispensable to grade on trainees’ short term performance. Meanwhile, if part of what the trainer taught wasn’t well learned by employees, complaint cases about sexual harassment would probably emerge, so data comparison between past and half year later is also needed.
Measurable objectives in the training project are:
1 No fail in the paper-and-pencil test and thesis writing in the short run.
2 Fewer sexual harassment complaints in the workplace after training project in the long run.
Section 3   Physical Resources
Screen
Device used for trainees to watch, read, recognize what the trainer’s talking about, a supplementation when the audio-visual method is applied during a presentation.
Speaker system
Ensure that everyone in the training/conference room would hear clearly what the trainer speaks.
Flipcharts

Multi-media

Hourly non-exempt office employees: $9.5/hour; Hourly non-exempt production employees: $12.5/hour; trainer: $20/hour

Above time and cost are based on the units of daily basis
*Comments: No trainer during exams, but after exams, trainers have to evaluate on the performance. An estimate salary of trainer is $20/hour. Due to different number of employees in all three States, the hours spent on evaluation by the trainers are different too-12 hours for Kansas plant, 4.5 hours for Missouri plant, and 5 hours for Montana plant. An estimate of money spent on handouts and electricity of the conference room is $20. The questionnaires will take less than 5 minutes, so it is not taken into consideration as a cost.
