Section1   Format
The sexual harassment training project is going to take place next Monday, March 2nd. The training will be presented mainly in the form of lecture and role play which adopt the use of hi-tech multimedia audio-visual methods. Lecture is one of the least expensive, least time-consuming way to present a lot 留学生论文of information efficiently in an organized manner and can be easily employed with large groups of trainees. With the help of audio-visual methods and the trainer’ excellent communicating through spoken words, the lecture is far away from boring and lengthy. Trainees would learn a large amount of knowledge about the definition and theories of sexual harassment from lectures. Meanwhile, the role play by the trainer which simulates real scenarios vividly displays some types of sexual harassment in front of the trainees. Through the watching and afterwards discussion of the role play, trainees would learn by heart what kind of behavior is unwelcome, inappropriate and may even bring them lawsuits, thus prevent the potential sexual harassment from happening in the future. So, according to the training project’s financial budget, the combination of lecture and role play is the preferred format and the best way to ensure learning of the training project will occur.
The whole training project will take four hours, including two hour training(use California's Sexual Harassment Training Law-AB 1825 for reference) and two hour evaluation. The training part will be delivered for two times, each time for one hour. For more details of how the training project should be delivered to the employees on all shifts and in all locations, please check the time table below.( lack the exact number of production employees in all three shift, so assume that in Kansas, each of the shift of production employees needs a separate training time; in Missouri, three shifts would be divided into 2 groups—morning and evening shift and afternoon shift, and the same with the shifts in Montana.)

Section 2  Training Objectives
The objectives of the sexual harassment training project are to ensure that all trainees-salaried exempt employees, non-exempt office employees and non-exempt production employees-from all three states-Kansas, Missouri and Montana-would walk away with enough knowledge of sexual harassment including its definition, potential harassers and victims, inappropriate behaviors and prevention in the workplace, how to prevent it, as well as what to do if it occurs. To precisely illustrate the objectives of the sexual harassment training project, two kinds of objectives will be employed-observable and measurable objectives.
