In modern society, as rhythm of life runs faster, a kind of healthy, comfortable, convenient and affordable holiday resort is expected. For this kind of customers, more and more people are quality conscious. While the company’s management without information systems (IS) and internet applications is time costing and dull that can’t fulfill the changing customer demand. So we face a problem that whether it is feasible to implement the information systems and internet applications to the current resort market, and whether it will efficiently and effectively improve the current business opeations.

Our group do the report through some research on the company itself, the customer and competitor, the current resorts market, the value chain and SWOT of Birch Point Lodge and then get the opinion of why it is necessary 留学生信息管理作业and possible for Birch Point Lodge to implement information systems and internet applications to improve the current business operations, and state the proposed IS.
