摘要:人力资源管理问题涉及到各个方面,在汽车维修行业也存在着人力资源管理上的一些问题,本报告旨在证明它们所面临的被称为汽车维修单位组织的人力资源管理的问题。
Bear et al (1984) put forward an argument since Bear and colleagues derived the well known Harvard map of HR, that when any decision is passed at the managerial level or the general manage set certain HR policies for their organisation they need to find out their effectiveness and appropriation. The Harvard Map of HR does the exact it gives a broad determinant and consequences of certain HR policies, it also shows that the HR policies are driven by two prominent factors which are the situational factors and stake holders interest.
As it is discussed above that the main strategy or the basic policy of Human Resource Management resembles or is in accordance with that of the stakeholder so it is recommended to the CEO of Automobile Maintenance Organization to follow mostly the Harvard model or the softer approach of the human resource model because as he is facing the problem of lack of trust with in the employees of his organization it will be more helpful for him as it will resolve most of his problems because in the softer approach the employees are treated as an integral part of the organization and not as any of the assets.
CHAPTER 2: Recruitment and Selection
The Harvard model also discuss about the HR flow which means that the performance level or flow of the employees is continuously monitored by the organisation (AMO), which results in moving forward and managing the Flow through effective recruitment and selection which helps in recruiting more appropriate people for the job. As they are now the freshly recruited in the organisation (AMO) the management can place them appropriately throughout the organisation and can promote the better employee and can also fire people who are not wanted further in the firm or those who have reached their retirement age. One of the important roles of HR is to keep an interesting mix of employees to avoid resource wastage and in order to cop with this resource allocation managers (teams) are appointed and employee competence is developed.
The Michigan or the harder view of HR is considered to have a bit less humanistic approach as compared to the Harvard or the softer view point of HR.
