ABSTRACT

With China's accession to the WTO and the development of global economic integration , China is getting more and more close to the world, Traditional methods of production is also undergoing profound changes . China is emerging as the world's manufacturing base. The market demand for fast, safe, reliable logistics operation is   growing strong, Foreign logistics giants have vied for the China market, the traditional large-scale logistics enterprises are accelerating the pace of restructuring. The logistics industry is facing huge market opportunities and challenges.
In the face of opportunities and challenges, how ABC company set the next five years and even longer-term direction of development Construction of the core competitiveness of enterprises, and quickly occupied the market, as soon as possible to  restructure into modern logistics enterprises which is the most important issue considered by ABC company. according to the  latest theoretical research results on current domestic third-party logistics and supply chain management and so on ,  using strategic management theory and research methods,  and combining ABC company a actual development, this paper shows the strategies and the implementation in the competitive environment
