4.1 Components of Assessment 

This will be in two parts.  Students must satisfy the examiners that they have made a serious attempt to pass all parts.  Any student awarded a mark of less than 20% for the module will be deemed not to have made a serious attempt and will be denied, as per University Regulations, the opportunity of a re-sit.
In total the assessment is equivalent to 5000 words of written work for each individual student.
ASSIGNMENT 1: Group presentation: Weighting 40%
 VARIOUS DATES IN MAY – (10th, 17th, 24th)
 
4.1.1. Oral group presentation equivalent to 2,000 words per
individual.         
In groups of no more than 5, analyse, interpret and present the tasks and challenges in marketing a new product of your choice, but to be agreed with your tutor (learning outcomes 2.1 and 2.4).
