Childcare industry has increasingly developed for the last decades. With the increasing number of households in which both parents work full time, this industry has been one of the fastest growing Marketing in the developed countries’ economy. It is reported that wage in children care services industry has grown 41 percent since 2010 (Wrohlich,2011). In the future, childcare industry will continue to increase at a high speed. In Ireland the industry consists of establishments that provide paid care for infants,toddlers, preschool children, or older children in before- and after-school programs.

At modern times, parents’ attitude towards childcare industry has forced children care service to be grand and challenging, so that presents childcare service industry a serious situation. According to GAPs Model theory, service providers should know its market well and then completely research it, then after getting the demands of demands, service providers change the demands into concrete service and must make sure that the service is affordable and good quality. Finally, keep a close relationship with customers and focus on costumers’ reaction after their consumption. According to the analysis of the service enterprise, the service industry is in the third part which the enterprise should take the perception of the costumer into the service quality system. In this level, although the service enterprise have the good service providers, have a good
communication with the customers and the manager having the perception for their customer, taking the perception of the customer into the service quality is also in a little confutation situation. So the service enterprise should improve their selves in this part in following ways. Firstly, the manger should know about what the customer want is and how to give their contents. The service methods are also very important.
The second is the manager should encourage their workers to know their duties and eager to improve their and help the customers. Only in this situation, the both interaction can reach the best results.
