摘要和执行摘要:谷歌公司被认为是世界上最快速发展和规模最大的互联网搜索引擎之一。谷歌公司在世界各大洲和国家都享有大规模的认可。不过,也有一些国家的谷歌搜索已经被禁止,这导致了这家公司的难以想象的损失。中国是一个互联网审查制度已经颁布的国家。
本文的研究主要集中在谷歌在中国面临的商业挑战。本文阐述了谷歌公司在中国国内的互联网审查和信息加密的问题。最后,本文提出了一些建议,以帮助谷歌公司在中国保持市场和盈利能力。同时,为了促进我国信息产业的发展,中国政府应在互联网上越来越不严格,对网络审查制度的规制也不规范。最后,我对这门课程的思考。
Abstract and Executive Summary: The Google Corporation is regarded as one of the fast- growing and largest Internet search engines all over the world. The Google Company enjoys massive recognition in all continents and countries in the world over. However, there are some countries where Google searches have been banned and this has resulted in unimaginable losses for this company. China is such a country where internet censorship has been enacted into law.
This research paper mainly focuses on the business challenges that Google has faced in the Chinese country. The
essay provides a review of literature that is coupled with a critical evaluation of this persistent problem. The paper explained how the Google Company has suffered from issues of internet censorship and encryption of information within the country of China. In the end, the
essay proposed some recommendations to help the Google Company to remain marketable and profitable in China. Meanwhile, to promote the development of information industry in China, the Chinese government should become less stringent on Internet and loose the rules and regulations on internet censorship. Finally, my reflections for this course are addressed.
