And multinational operations will inevitably bring about the results of cross-cultural conflicts; cultural differences are the key factors that affect the cross-cultural management. different values are the root causing cross-cultural conflict, cross-cultural communication barriers is the direct cause leading to cross-cultural conflict, the different thinking and work habits is the important reason of cross-cultural conflict. We should scientifically analyze cultural differences, on the basis of the awareness, understanding and mutual respect among different cultures cultural integration should become cultural mosaic from cultural integration, and gain a competitive advantage in the cultural differences. With the correct understanding of local culture, build the correct attitude to different cultures to avoid the impact of self-reference standards and on the basis of strengthening cross-cultural communication promote cross-cultural understanding.
