They are respectively human resource management, Engineering service and non-profit establishment. All of those three areas were accomplished in my *-year stay in ** Group. I was in charge of the human resource department and engineering service division of the group. By my efforts, the group enlarged its personnel range magnificently; its storehouse establishment was ameliorated with greater resource distribution and coordination. New centers, new entities, as well as innovative feasible solutions in face of the problems and new requirement were established. By resource integration and rearrangement as well as practical initiatives, manufacture and operation cost was reduced, the group resource got best reassignment in support of the manufacture need and market demand, the operation of the group kept pace with the market real need, staffs had chance to receive further training in overseas and their working enthusiasm has been largely stimulated. In addition, through participation and decision-making in the philanthropy activities initiated ofthe group, I largely improved the effectiveness and efficiency of the conduction and practice of the non-profit projects. Through those working experiences, precious opportunities have been maximally received and utilized, and achievementshave been profoundly made producing largely profitable contribution to the group.By overcoming the obstacles and successfully solving different kinds of problems without retreat to the challenges in the working process, I have deeply developed my personal capacity to be a truthful professional business manager, withself-sense of achievement having been largely offered. In the following of this summary, I will respectively explain and illustrate how I achieved such accomplishments, what the obstacles and challenges that I faced in the work process are and also what I have learned from them.

As the reason of business expansion of the group to coastal regions in China as well as the establishment of its oversea plants, there came a major requirement for higher leveled talents in support of its operation transition from manufacture to high-tech innovations, for which the normal hiring process appeared limited. Therefore, liaison with higher education institutions was concerned as constructive solution. The cooperative project’s making and negotiations with the college directors was processed in a large scale. Excellent engineers had been assigned to convey courses and guided the students in the cooperated universities. Within the 20 liaised schools, junior students could either get engineering profession courses or come to our factories in internship, which provided chance for them to be directly recruited afterwards.
