They are respectively human resource management, Engineering service and non-profit establishment. All of those three areas were accomplished in my *-year stay in ** Group. I was in charge of the human resource department and engineering service division of the group. By my efforts, the group enlarged its personnel range magnificently; its storehouse establishment was ameliorated with greater resource distribution and coordination. New centers, new entities, as well as innovative feasible solutions in face of the problems and new requirement were established. By resource integration and rearrangement as well as practical initiatives, manufacture and operation cost was reduced, the group resource got best reassignment in support of the manufacture need and market demand, the operation of the group kept pace with the market real need, staffs had chance to receive further training in overseas and their working enthusiasm has been largely stimulated. In the following of this summary, I will respectively explain and illustrate how I achieved such accomplishments, what the obstacles and challenges that I faced in the work process are and also what I have learned from them.
