(2) For the recruiters, they can post a job in this website to attract the applicants to apply, and it is a good method to collect resumes. They can also search for the applicants they want through the website or use the talent-solutions provided by the website to find the ideal candidates.
(3) For the employers, they can use this website to make accurate and targeted advertisement to build their brand reputation.
(4) For the business teams and the companies, they can use this website to find related information in the industry or some lead recommendation to make the selling more effectively, and find the potential customers to sell their products.

Thus it is a subdivision market for company to put advertisement. The last one is to provide talent solutions to the companies based on the information the website has.
