1. Introduction
With the start of the credit market crisis in September 2008, an unprecedented global financial tsunami gradually evolved into a global economic crisis. In the grim circumstances of the economic crisis and overall employment, college students as a special group, are experiencing greater employment pressure than ever before.
In the economic crisis environment, the employment problem of the college students has become one of the most important issues faced by the society. In the original huge employment pressure and the current special economic situation, the students have been faced with psychological problems: on the one hand, college students are complacent, in a few years after learning of higher Education want to find an ideal job, and have a better planning and imagine for the future, on the other hand, the severe employment situation also makes the panic anxiety, despair, blind to condescend and other bad attitude co-exist in their inner world, tend to make them lose their cool thinking and rational analysis, lack of preparation leads to employment failure, after failure will be blind blame, fantasy or excuses (The Global Economic Crisis and its Impact on Education, 2009). Studies have shown that the identity problem is the core of personality development of youth. College is the most important stage to determine the role of youth and social formation of personality. The conflict faced by the college students in personality development, the underlying causes of conflict come from the personal self-identity crisis (Lieberman and Miller, 1991). Thus, in the context of economic crisis, the identity crisis of college students is very important.
