公司构建和谐人际关系的讨论-Tentative Study on Developing a Harmonious Personal Relationship in Company

摘要:大学生毕业是由学生角色转变为社会人角色的开始,也是真正接受社会考验的开始,更是由理论到实践转变的开始。这其中有新奇和兴奋，同时也有着紧张和焦虑。进入到全新的工作环境，面对新的领导，上司，陌生的同事，很多大学毕业生开始茫然，对于全新的人际关系无法去正确把握以至于在职场中受挫。有研究显示，一个人在职场上的成功，85%得益于良好的人际关系，只有15%是由于工作上的努力和勤奋。因此，职场中的人际关系对于刚刚走出象牙塔的毕业生来说是机遇同时也是个全新的挑战。

Abstract：After graduated, graduated students have started to change the role from a student to the role of a social man. It is not only a challenge for them but also a new start from theory to practice. So there are novelty, excitement and nervousness and anxiety. After entering a new working environment, faced with new leaders, new colleagues, many college students graduate started at a loss. For the new relationships, some graduated frustrated because of the interpersonal relationship. Studies have shown that people’s success 85% are benefited from a good and harmonious interpersonal relationship, only 15% was due to the personal efforts and hard work. Therefore, the interpersonal relationship for each of the graduates is a new challenge.

1 Introduction  引言

As a new employee of business English majors, we walked out from university and go to a new place. Every thing is new, new environment, new colleagues, and new boss. So in this situation, how to deal with the personal relationship is especially important for a new comer. Modern people attach great importance to interpersonal relationships. 
Whether the interpersonal relationships are good usually determines a person’s quality of life. To some degree, the interpersonal relationship depended on the attitude of the individual and codes of conduct. For graduated students, having a harmonious is very important for our career life. Specifically, harmonious interpersonal relationships should follow the following rules.

2 Several Basic principles of building good relationship  建立良好关系的几个基本原则

2.1 Principle of Sincerity
Sincerity is the first principle of people’s relationship. If we treated people sincerely, we will not only give a strange a good first impression,but also it could shape our own virtues. Sincerity is not only an attitude, but also it is a quality of life, a attitude about life. So in dealing with interpersonal problems, Sincerity is one of the most important factors because nobody is willing to make friends with hypercritic people. When communicating with people, a sincere smile will be helpful for your interpersonal relationship.
2.2 Principle of Tolerance
For a graduated students, when we first enter a company. Faced with the new job and new environment, usually perhaps we will get some sarcastic remarks from the old colleagues. In this situation, we could know that it is a normal phenomenon. So we should not have grumbles or complaints because it is a hidden rule of office. For a new comer, the old colleagues and the boss usually paid more attention to us. There is no wonder that they will have a strict standard about us. So we should have a peaceful mind on this. Tolerance is important in interpersonal relationship. Nobody is perfect. Everybody will make mistakes. So be tolerant to the surrounding people.
