1 Introduction
As one of the famous bank in the world, Standard Chartered is a multinational company engaged in financial services (Standard Chartered, 2011). It was formed through the merger of the Standard Bank of British South Africa and the Chartered Bank of India. The Standard Chartered owned more than 1,700 outlets and branches in seventy countries, which has 80,000 employees. In spite it headquartered in London, most its profits come from Asia, Middle East and Africa. As a universal bank, Standard Chartered owes operations in corporate, consumer, treasury services and institutional banking.
