Executive summary

The article aims to give an analysis about launching the China Affiliate Network, which is a platform for advertisement with a brief introduction later in the paper. China Affiliate Network belongs to Adways Advertising Company that also has software develop apartment.

Based on the main marketing strategy analysis tools such as PEST and SWOT, the author tries to find out whether there is a golden environment and whether China Affiliate Network itself has some strong characters and opportunities. It is very important to a new service in the process of becoming popular that PEST and SWOT theories indicate.

And then an analysis between China Affiliate Network and its main competitors will follow. In this part, the author tries to find out the right area that the China Affiliate Network can do much better than its competitors.
