foretold that traditional enterprises are a sleeping lion, its power will doubled
by using electronic commercial affairs. Someone pointed out that the electronic
commercial affair is a world trend,as well as an important characteristic of the
economic integration,representing a new form of international trade o Now, the
electronic commercial affairs has been widespread all over the world,those who
do not develop electronic commercial affair will soon be left behind. Most medium
small sized enterprises in our country belong to traditional enterprises. Cheers
of demanding to develop the electronic commercial affair is becoming higher and
higher. The central and local government also paid special attention to it, but
the out-coming is not ideal. This paper makes a study on the implementation of
e-commerce in China's small and medium sized enterprises and provides some recommendations
for the further development of e-commerce in those enterprises. Keywords: small
