Meanwhile, the government may give tax or financing incentives to project management owners who adopt a sustainable development to encourage them to use project management in a sustainable manner (Jeon, Amekudzi and Guensler, 2013).
In the implementation process of a construction project, it consumes a lot of natural resources (water, light, etc.) and produces a series of waste. Therefore, how to use less resources, produce less waste or reuse waste in the process is a very important indicator for measure the sustainable development capacity of a project. As those who are employed by owners, although surveying and design units must consider the economic interests of owners, to a certain extent, they can use their expertise to provide owners with design plans, new environmentally friendly materials, construction techniques and solutions of the use of environmental protection technology which are beneficial for sustainable development in project management (Ihuah, Kakulu and Eaton, 2014).
The main role of a supervision unit is to coordinate the relationship between owners and individual project participants to ensure the public interest such as the project quality, and progress. Successful supervision has a great impact on the success of a project. To ensure the interests of owners, at the same time, if supervision units can be from the perspective of sustainable development to carry out work, it is actually in the exercise of their social responsibilities (Ihuah, Kakulu and Eaton, 2014).
In the construction process of a project, machinery will be used to produce a lot of gas, dust, vibration, noise, which has great damage to the environment and affected the sustainable development of the project. With the constraints of owners, supervision unit and government regulations, if a construction unit makes use of project management in a sustainable manner and adopts green building technology, which will further improve the existing construction methods to improve their core competitiveness. Suppliers can provide owners, designers, construction unit with new material of environmental protection which is consistent with requirements of sustainable development. Meanwhile, the government needs to give tax concessions to reward suppliers to take business practices of sustainable development (Ihuah, Kakulu and Eaton, 2014).
This study was based on systematic principle, foreseeing principle, long-term principle, sustainable development principle to discuss the stakeholder management of BJ project, from these three principles to bring forward recommendations on the future stakeholder management of BJ project.
