t of resolving conflict, conflict management mechanism should be established to respond effectively to conflict, which is very important. Normally conflict may involve multiple parties, which requires the parties to coordinate to solve problems (Pokharel, 2011). Because the whole project is temporarily held together by cohesion produced by the common interests of various stakeholders, each project stakeholder has a separate legal status, there is no executive affiliation among them, therefore it is unable to direct their action through executive orders. In order to effectively coordinate and control the operation process of a project, it may, by signing a clearly defined, focused and coordinated partnership agreement can constrain the behavior of various stakeholders to strengthen the whole process of cooperation, reduce management costs, establish a wide range of mutual trust to achieve common pursued, established goals and results (Wilhelm-Rechmann, Cowling and Difford, 2014).
In a modern society, any construction project is subject to the constraints and the impact of various forces of the society, to smoothly carry out a construction project requires the developer to coordinate the relationship among the stakeholders of the project, as well as the relationship with the social forces to build a harmonious construction environment and good
public relations, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the project to achieve a win-win situation (Olander and Landin, 2005).
Construction process is an important and complex link of a building cycle, it consumes large amounts of energy and materials, the impact on the environment can not be underestimated. Construction activities generate a lot of waste water, waste gas, solid waste, noise, light pollution and other environmental problems (Doloi, 2011). Statistics have showed that 30% to 40% of municipal waste come from construction activities, construction process also produces more than 30% of the city noise. In view of this, it is necessary to take measures to control and improve the environmental performance of construction activities, so as to control environmental pollution. For construction activities, appropriate construction methods should be used to conduct a sustainable analysis on construction, understanding the objective laws of the impact on the environment in construction process and establishing an appropriate environmental impact assessment system in order to more effectively implement the control towards the impact of construction on the environment to guidance clean construction, so as to achieve the green construction of the full life cycle of construction (Faust, Abraham and DeLaurentis, 2013; Couix and Gonzalo-Turpin, 2015).
The above content was from six aspects: trust, information communication, evaluation and incentive mechanism, partnership agreement, public relations management and environment management to elaborated stakeholder management strategy in construction project. This study was based on these research findings, from these aspects to evaluate the stakeholder management strategy of BJ project, so as to put forward recommendations for improving their future stakeholder management strategy in these aspects.
