tainted cucumber scare. Food safety has aroused the public's concern in recentyears. The food safety has become a world concern these years. In our country, thegovernments at all levels and the companies which should take responsibilities madeefforts to solve the food safety problems. On the news of the food safety issues, manyscholars wrote
essays to analyze these events. In Analysis of Causes and the Solutions of the Potential Food Safety Hazard, YuYuqi (2011) first mentioned the major food safety problems in current China, then, heexplained several possible reasons for the potential food safety hazard respectivelyfrom the causes of the illness, the state of being poisoned, the market supervisionsystem and the moral quality of the food producer and the food operator. At last, heoffered some advice on the enforcement of the food safety supervision.
Three scholars wrote about their views on the safety regulation of our countrybrought about by the Sanlu formula scandal. First, they explained the definition andthe theory of the regulation (Wan, Lu& Wu, 2010). Then, they elaborated thesignificance of the food safety regulation from three perspectives, the markets'off-track problem's increasing prominence and the industry's integrity as well as thegovernment's integrity crisis. After that they introduced the food safety regulations ofEngland, American and Japan and pointed out the problems of the Chinese food safetyregulations, i.e. the regulation system, the law system and the supervisory system. Atlast, they proposed some suggestions accordingly and came to their conclusions.Zheng (2011) concluded four pushing hands behind the deterioration of the foodmarket as follows. First, the food producer and operators lacked moral value. Second, the cost of adding illegal food additives was low and the punishment was not severe atall. Third, the supervisory system was incomplete and the enterprises were able to risktheir luck. Fourth, the consumers' self-protection awareness was not enough and thefeedback mechanism was immature.Lai (2011) talked about enhancing the government's regulation in the food safetysupervision and rebuilding the assurance in food safety. Initially he provided thedefinition of the food safety and he points out the current conditions of Chinese foodsafety. First, the food supervision was difficult due to the great amount and the goodmobility of the food producers and sellers. Second, some food producers andoperators' limited capital and scale leaded to the poor quality of the products.

It aims to penetrate into the deeper connotation of the language forms to uncover the power relations, political control and the dominating structures. Critical Discourse Analysis is a comparatively new theory which concerns the important social issues. From the understanding of the relationship between discourse and power relations, it reveals and tries to counter the imbalance of the power, the undemocratic doings and the other unfair events in the
