1. Introduction
WTO (World Trade Organization) is an international organization which supervises the successful and correct implementation of trade agreements between members and deals with the international trade problems between member states. The WTO was initiated on the basis of GATT (General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade). The differences between GATT and WTO are: First, GATT is just a multilateral international agreement while WTO is an international organization; second, GATT is an independent agreement while WTO include GATT; third, WTO has been agreed by all the members; fourth, GATT only identifies the agreement on trade of good while WTO includes the agreements on service and other things related to trade.
