摘要:本文是英语论文范文,笔者以转化学习理论的角度来分析目前教师反思和教师信念的状况,并论述两者之间关系。

Conclusions
After the survey and data analyses about teachers’ reflection from seven different levels, resultsindicated that most of the teachers were reflective teachers from the perspective of transformative learningtheory. And the mean percentage for agree scale is relatively high in whole, which means most teachershave critical moral reflection during their teaching practice. Specifically speaking, almost all the teacherstake more care for their students’ moral development and majority of teachers critically think of theirteaching strengths and weaknesses and they read some books about teaching to improve the teachingpractice. References, hobbies, interests andabilities, and think critically on students’ perception for their teaching activities in order to improve theirteaching practice. Furthermore, they have a clear set of attendance rules and general class rules to create abetter learning environment for students. And, they apply new teaching techniques and skills intoclassroom practice; carry out research activities and take action to solve the problems in their teachingpractice. Also, they discuss some low-talked topics in classroom to develop their own and students’ criticalthinking and reflection.The above data results indicated that the mean percentages for teachers’ belief are relatively high,which means most teachers hold a positive view on foreign language learning. Although they believed inthe existence of a special ability for foreign language learning, most of them believe everyone can learn aforeign language well, and most teachers think English is a kind of medium difficulty level language forChinese students, one they could master. In addition, most teachers believe that vocabulary, grammar,translation and cultural knowledge are the most important factors for English learners. Furthermore, mostteachers believe a lot of practice can do a big favor in English learning and communication with English.
