Ⅰ. Introduction
Being satisfied with the current situation can make people feel secure and easy in the short period, but it stops people to make process in the long period. Under the tough competition, only the fittest can survive, and the people without any processes will lag behind and be eliminated by the society. Therefore, making changes is quite important for stimulating, encouraging and pushing the transition from the current sate to the improved state which can satisfy future needs. Because of the ongoing economic globalization and evolving technology, changes are significant for organizations to solve problems and make improvements to compete with https://www.51lunwen.org/strategy/  the competitors. Changes commonly occur when the organizations face some difficulties, so the organizations urgently need the help of changes to turn the tables. Sometimes, organizations have opportunities to develop themselves, so they make changes to make full use of the opportunities to improve and remain competitive. The changes are various, and Lorenzi and Riley (2000) classified them into four types:

 

Ⅱ. The main challenges for managing change
Ⅲ. Methods contribute to successful organizational change
1. Analysis of the current situation
2. A feasible plan
3. Effective implementation

 

Ⅳ. Conclusion
The change process is based on discovery (discovering the best of what is), dreaming (imagining what might be), designing (talking about what should be) and destiny (creating what will be) (Bernard J. Mohr and Jane Magruder Watkins, 2002). Change is very important and necessary for an organization to remain competitive and have further development. But whether the change can make positive or negative effect will depend on the analysis, planning and implementation. Successful change of management requires the organization to have wisdom, prescience and persistence, as well as the abilities of communication and coordination.
