代写英国作业E-learning is a nice solution to reinforce classroom teaching

In some earlier work (See Communications of the ACM, Vol. 47, No. 5, pp. 75-79. 2004, Zhang, D, Zhao, J.L, Zhou, L and Nunamker Jr., J.F “Can E-learning replace classroom teaching?”), it has been argued that the Internet and multimedia technologies are reshaping the way knowledge is delivered. And E-learning is becoming a real alternative to traditional classroom learning. Further more, this essay puts an extend view: E-learning focused on cultivating a life-long learning culture, it is a nice solution to reinforce classroom teaching.

Worldwide, the growth of E-learning has raised challenges for conventional Educational approaches and practices. For example, in 1998,  the US department of education took the decision that E-learning, is considered to be include in the scope of existing accreditation agencies. In UK , the marketplace for work – related E-learning in the is estimated to be worth between GBP 2 billion and GBP 3 billion by 2005 (Paton, 2003). When looking at the Norway's labor market , employers are actively addressing lifelong teaching by developing E-learning courses and promoting E-learning with universities and firms as partners. In China, E-learning has developed considerably, but there is concern about its quality. Therefore, the ministry of education has required all universities that are experimenting with e-learning to set up a quality standard for their e-learning and to manage carefully enrolment, teaching and evaluation in order to ensure the quality of their e-learning programs.
 
According to “Can E-learning replace classroom teaching?”, some different factors on e- learning effectiveness are:
• Multimedia-integration.
The e-learning course should provide videos in the form of interviews or lectures, and presents with other associated materials in various media formats such as PowerPoint slides, narratives, and images.
• Just-in-time knowledge acquisition.
E-learning course should enables learners to access knowledge at any time via the Internet.
• Interactivity.
Learning is an active knowledge acquisition process via continuous interaction between E-learning course and learners.
Learners are also able to direct questions to E-learning course, and receive real-time answers.
• Self-directivity.

• Flexibility.
