The idea of 'talent is the first competitive power' has been accepted by most of companies in the world. However, with the fast growth of the global economy, there are more and more opportunities for people to choose their jobs and employee turnover increased faster and faster. How to attract talents, develop and retain talents is a question needed to be solved for companies' human resource manager. Therefore, human resource management is vital to the development of companies.

However, there are many ethics problems happening to the human resource managers, which have lots of bad influence to the existence and development of the companies. So it is very necessary for scholars to study the importance of good ethics in human resource management. This Essay will take 'good ethics in HRM encourage employee motivation' as the topic to analyze the importance of good ethics in human resource management by comparing the different ideas about the relation between good ethics and employee motivation.

Human resource management is vital to the development of companies since the human resource managers are responsible for taking measures for attracting, developing and retaining talents. However, there are many ethics problems happening to the human resource managers, which have lots of bad influence to the existence and development of the companies. So it is very necessary for scholars to study the importance of good ethics in human resource management.

The purpose of this essay is to study the importance of good ethics in human resource management to employee motivation. There are six parts in this essay started by an introduction. In the second part, this essay will introduce ethics and employee motivation in HRM (human resource management). This essay will take 'good ethics in HRM encourage employee motivation' as the topic to analyze the importance of good ethics in human resource management by comparing the different ideas about the relation between good ethics and employee motivation in the third parts and the fourth part. In the fifth part, this essay will give the opinions of the author of this essay about this topic. And a conclusion will be made at last.
