Dang came into operation in November 11th, 1999which is dedicated to sell books, DVD, music, cosmetics, apparel, movies and home appliance and so on(Hao, 2011). Dangdang.com was launched in 1999. Furthermore, more than 100,000 users buy their needs from dangdang.com every day. There are more than 20 million items sold by dangdang.com every month (Chow, 2010).

As Amazon has got its big shot in E-commerce, Dangdang.com has gained its own success through the Amazon model with localization. Dangdang.com has issued its IPO recently and has gained an increasing good reputation in the E-commercial business industry. The online commerce in China of 2010 has increased by 107%, amounting to about 38 billion, when comparing with that of 2009. This trend continues this half year of 2011. China is at the early stage of the E-marketing industry, which means its market is quite promising. Compared with the USA’s 4% customers goods sold on Internet, the percentage in China is only 1.98% (Louboutin, 2011).
