Hongrun's water-cooling products are mainly applied to electric-arc furnace, flue, ladle, and intermediate frequency inductive furnace or grid frequency inductive furnace water-cooling facilities.
The core management team consists of the Dept. of Marketing, Purchasing, Engineering, Production, Inspection & Test, Quality Assurance, Equipment. Hongrun has got ASME, Industry & Customer qualified supplier certification and many qualification certificates for designing and producing both domestic and export market.
Hongrun's unit and its head office are located at Puwa Industrial Park, Yanshan County, Hebei Province, and P.R.C. with marketing office at Beijing. It also has a marketing office in New Delhi to cater to Indian and neighboring market with fully dedicated team.
Chapter Three Work Experience
3.1 Position Responsibility
First, collect power station, steel works, oil refinery, boiler factory, airport, chemical industry, pharmaceutical factory,paper mill of Liaoning Province, Jilin Province, Heilongjiang Province. And, set up information account according to different industry.
Second, follow 20 companies everyday to broadcast the production capacity of our company by E-mail or QQ. In order to leave a deep impression to our clients, we must send blessing picture every weekend according to the project situation.
Third, report all the projects to manager, manager assistant and section head.
Forth, report the key projects to the department director everyday.
Fifth, finish our work as soon as possible.
Sixth, accomplish the else work instructed by the leader at any time.
3.2 Problems in Working
Coming back from my college, I knew from the website that Hongrun Company was looking for college students. So I went to Hongrun Company to have an interview. After the first interview and second interview, I was accepted by Hongrun Company. The qualifying period is three months.
3.2.1 Problems in Information Collecting
At the very start, I was engaged in information collecting in Marketing Department. Our job is collecting power station, steel works, oil refinery, boiler factory, airport, chemical industry, pharmaceutical factory,paper mill of Liaoning province, Jilin province, Heilongjiang province. And, set up information account according to different industry. Once we search a project, we must find its contact information and principal, then call the principal to confirm whether the project certainly exists. If the project certainly exists, the salesman will negotiate business with that company. At first, I felt it very easy to do this job. Then I find that a lot of problems came one after another.
First, most of the website is not free to publish the project information. I am responsible for the northeast. The project in the area of northeast, whether it begins to design or going to bid, the websites are only for charging members. Most of the websites indicates only open for VIP members. We can not see all the details, such as the construction unit and the contact method. This is the biggest problem.
