Moreover, it enormously promotes the international trade development, increases trade opportunities, reduces the costs of enterprise and improves the trade efficiency.
In this position, I also met some problems. First, I do not understand the products comprehensively. Some customers asked me to introduce our products to them in detail, including material, specification, elements and so on. Second, when I receive the inquiry, I must make the quotation by myself. But I do not know how to make the correct quotation. The price of every product needs to calculate according to its external diameter, wall thickness and so on. There is not fixed price. So when I made it clear and reply to the customer, it is a little late.
These two weaknesses can solved easily by learning, but the language in Hongrun Company is a big problem, because most of sale clerk can say only one kind of language-English. But it can not satisfy Indian, they just understand mother tongue. For this reason, we communicate with them very difficultly.
So I suggest that company engage a teacher to teach the staff in Trade Department to learn some other simple languages. When the in-job training is over, company can have a test to the staff. The people who get the high mark, the company can give some additional awards as award. In this way, it can ensure the situation of sale stably. And also can improve the staff's culture level.
3.2.3 Foreign Trade Sales Skills

First, product release skill. The products must be equipped with good pictures. A good packaging picture is the most attractive place. Good pictures can let everyone be interested in your brand or product.
