3.3 Work Feelings
3.3.1 My Feelings before Working

After a week of training, working day came finally. I become nervous about my work and worried about that I can not get along very well with colleagues; I can not understand the customers on what they say; I will be blamed, etc.
3.3.2 Changes in Mind
These considerations diminished after I work for a week, for I found that as long as I treated them faithfully, those old staff was easy to get along with. As a proverb says "Time reveals a person's heart." Furthermore, I am younger than others; most of them took good care of me, especially our department director. But some anxiety also happened. At first, there really are something that I do not understand. Even if I am a English major student, there are also some times that I cannot understand the customers. Moreover, there also some English speaker as the second language that comes from Korea, Japan, Russia and so on. There are really difficulties when I communicating with them, especially when I have not known the goods well. It is a work to guess what the customers said. But I believe that everything has the solution. As for the acquaintance of the goods, most of them depend on my own observation. If there has something I really do not know, I will ask the old sales clerks. I also went to the workshop to make further efforts about the products. In this way, after a period of time, I can accomplish the sales work by myself skillfully. In a word, I was adapted to the working environment here. 
3.3.3 The Elements of Success
During this time, our company invited Zhongxu Education Group to have a training course. The company established a training group. I was very honored to be a member of the training group. The content of the training is "4A3S3P", including attitude, ability, position responsibility, pay management, performance management.
