is unique in the china pipeline industry as for its advanced production technology, excellent product quality and wide range of product manufacturing capabilities. Besides, Hongrun Company will become a joint stock limited company.
During the five-month's work, I met a lot of problems. On the other side, I certainly learned a lot that I can't learn in the books. Our service has many facts to improve in the future .Sometimes we can not deal the customer compliant in time, when the customer ask to change the product because of the quality,we could not solve it in 24hours. That may cause some serious problems in our business market, one unsatisfied customer will tell his experience to at least 10 customers! So firstly, we should improve our working efficiency. Second, we should exercise our working skills by ourselves. Not each of the customers is kind; you must learn to communicate with different people .Full of strength to solve some emergency. Third, try our best to let the customer know that we are serving for them, don't argue all the time. We must look at the issuers from their point of view.
In the area of sales we should make all our efforts to make consumers satisfied and think about them all the times. We should establish the consumer is first and think before customers were thinking, anxious before customers anxious, try our best to make the service better and win the respect, understanding, trust and supporting.
Through the experience of the internship in the company, I enhanced in all directions and acquired great achievement. That gave me a basic experience to my work in the future. I am firmly confident that the road of my career would become broader and broader and it will ensure me a bright future.
