内容摘要

作为全国首个国字号基地"中国管道装备制造基地"的盐山，其管道制造产业始于上世纪七十年代中期，至今已有30余年的发展史。目前，全县共有弯头管件制造企业920余家。
河北宏润重工集团有限公司，位于河北省盐山县蒲洼工业开发区，占地面积36.6万平方米，总资产6.7亿元人民币。公司以先进的生产工艺，优良的产品质量，宽幅矩的产品制造能力，在中国管道行业独树一帜。公司还在中国一些大型省会城市、印度首都新德里建立了市场部门，为周边客户提供产品和服务。
在这篇论文中，我对盐山管道装备业的发展历程做一个较全面的论述，包括经济危机造成的影响、发展前景和发展机遇，同时总结了一下几个月的实习工作得到的经验与教训。

Abstract

As the first base of pipeline equipment manufacture-Yanshan, its pipeline manufacture started in the middle of the 70s last century and has a history of more than 30 years. At present, there are over 920elbow pipe fitting manufacture enterprises.
Hebei Hongrun Heavy Industry Group Co.,Ltd is unique in the China pipeline industry as for its advanced production technology, excellent product quality and wide range of product manufacturing capabilities. Hongrun's unit and its head office are located at Puwa Industrial Park, Yanshan County, Hebei Province with Marketing office at Beijing. It also has a marketing office in New Delhi to cater to Indian and neighboring market with fully dedicated team.
In this thesis, I will take a total discussion about the development process of Yanshan pipeline equipment, including the impacts caused by the financial crisis, development prospect and development opportunities, sum up my intership about experience and gains in this working period.
