and friends, a model and so on. Above all, the teacher should do very well in the functions and roles, which may not only make an excellent one, but also can solve a lot of problems of the students. Therefore, teacher’s roles and functions are vital to the effect of language learning.
The charisma of a teacher has a great influence on the students’ English learning. With respecting to the teachers, the students have a clear purpose of study; therefore, they will have a strong need to learn English well. However, the teacher’s actions and behaviors will have a great influence on the interest and motivation of students in study. When teachers become an admirer to the students, the students will pay more attention to the evaluation of teachers and the like and dislike of the students themselves. Sometimes, the teachers’ inadvertent words and behaviors would hurt the students’ heart.
