这份报告真正分析的是一个有关选择计算机困难的真实经历,在此方面我父亲和我争论着是一个苹果电脑和一个宏碁电脑那个更好。我们会发现这不是一件容易的工作,我们需要综合考虑它的价格,质量,信誉,甚至我的个人意愿。我讨论的重点并不是问题本身,而是要发现问题之后我们的决策过程。我的报告包括三个部分,指令,主体和结论。在主体中,我将使用学术理论、模型和框架确定出现的问题，并且在我自己的案例之中分析这些问题为什么出现。

Decision making process usually means a dilemma lies in front of us which requires us to solve by choosing the best way. Choosing different way will be deserve the different consequence. And decision making can be affected by many factors, such as personality and values, psychology, sociology, environment and impulsion. Decision making is to deal with a specific problem or to make use of an opportunity by implementing the process of identifying and selecting a course of action (Bouyssou, 2010). So how should we make a correct, reasonable and wise decision without impulsion and bias is very important.  The framework of decision making may have a profound effect on the quality of decisions as well.

This report analyzes a real experience-a computer dilemma, in which my father and I argue which is much better, an apple computer or an Acer computer. We will find it isn’t an easy job if we make a comprehensive consideration of its price, quality, reputation and even my personality. I will not mainly discuss about our argument itself, but focus on the problems occur during our decision making process. And three parts will be included in my report, instruction, the main body and the conclusion. In the main body, I will use academic theories, models and frameworks to identify the issues that arose in my own case and analyze why they arose. In the conclusion section, I will explain my decision making issues briefly and make a conclusion which will be valuable for other people or researchers when they are facing the similar situation. 

Decision makers face several challenges when devising strategies, even when their fellow decision makers are relatively like themselves.(Lynne Wainfan,2010)。

Decision is usually made by many factors, of which the personality and values, psychology, sociology and the environment can’t be missed. Important and significant decision can’t be made alone with personal emotions, and these kind of decision making should base on the detail information collected. When there are problems in decision making, we should consult professions for suggestions. Decision making also relies on the good atmosphere of the circumstances and environment. (Gordon H.McCormick,2003)。

What’s more, critical thinking is of great importance. Many people have experienced decision making errors, more and more people consider it as an effective way of learning what’s right and then getting to success. If they are correct in decision making, that means their tasks are half done.

As mentioned in the literature material, people differ in types. Four dimensions of the typology exist. They are Introversion-Extroversion, Intuition-sensing, Feeling-Thinking and Perceiving-Judging. I believe I belong to an Introversion type. So I tend to make decisions independently.
