Reformation and Development of China’s Financial Supervisory System 

Submitted for the degree of IFM (International Financial Management) 2010/2011

Abstract
China’s supervisory system experienced long-timed reform. Especially the reform in late 1970s which has a profound impact on the development of China’s financial supervision system, based on the introduction of the history and current situation of China’s financial supervisory system, as well as the latest development of financial supervision in the USA and the European Union, some problems and challenges of China’s financial supervision system are proposed, then, a model of financial supervision show the impotence of financial supervision, especially the information disclosure system, while currently, China has low incentive as low information transparency . At last, some suggestions based on the problems and important issues of China’s financial supervision are proposed to help the further development of China’s financial supervisory system.
