Research On Chinese Women New Venture Creation Mode Based on New Venture Motivation

ABSTRACT
This paper focus on the women new venture creation model under the guidance of new venture creation motivation of women, uses the method of case study to research women new venture creation motivation, women new venture creation model, women new venture creation, field and so key elements, explore the relationship and law between women new venture creation motivation and women new venture creation model.

First the author introduce the research background, research significance, research problems, research contents, and so on. Then analyzes the literature review on theoritical base, such as new venture creation motivation, women create new venture, new venture creation mode. And the development situation analysis of women create new venture, such as foreign women create new venture and environmental anlysis of Chinese women create new venture. Chinese Women New Venture Creation Mode analysis, such as women new venture creation motivation choice, choice of industry for women new venture creation and Chinese Women New Venture Creation Mode. Then the author analyzes the research methodology, including introduciton, materials resources and research method. Followingly, the research results of case studies are discusses. At last is conclusion and prospect, including main research problems and conclusion and the limitations and prospect.
