Gao et al elaborates the buyer-supplier relationship and the tangible relationship-specific resources (Gao, T., Sirgy, M. J. and Bird, M. M. 2003). And Blythe pointed out that the business buying decision is made through the buying centre (Blythe, J. 2005). Evans elaborates the environmental factors and organizational factors in detail (Evans, M., Jamal, A. and Foxall, G. R. 2009), and Kotler found that some businesses implement the centralized purchasing (Kotler, P. 2005). We can know that centralized purchasing can help enterprise to increase the bargain power and reduce great cost. Wilson and Gilligan think that there are five significant steps to develop a competitive marketing strategy (Wilson, R. M. and Gilligan, C. 2005). Firstly, administrator should analyze the current situation of enterprise, and then entrepreneur also should find out what is the mission of the company as well as the objectives they want to realize. The following is to figuring out the feasible ways to identify an effective marketing strategy. Next is to find out the best way. The last is strategic implementation that means overcoming some possible problems.


Zhou et al investigates some influence factors on the business orientation (Zhou, K. Z., Brown, J. R. & Dev, C. S. et al. 2009), and Schlie and Goldhar presented that the manufacturing business should formulate a more service-based competitive strategy (Schlie, T. W. and Goldhar, J. D.1995). Oliva and Kallenberg explain the advantages of focusing service differentiation (Oliva, R. and Kallenberg, R. 2003), however, Huan et al thinks that the strategy marketing can take a critical role to the enterprise development for manufacturing business (Huan, G., Brooksbank, R., Taylor, D. and Babbis, P. 2007). A service oriented strategy can make up some shortcomings of business, such as the low technology and low quality of product. However, blindly pursuing of service oriented strategy will influence enterprise to develop its fundamental ability. And Genestre et al found the characteristics of Japanese marketing and business practices as well as pricing strategy (Genestre, A., Herbig, P. and Shao, A. T.1995). There is strong competitive drive between Japanese enterprises, and Japanese administrators are good at create new opportunity for their company. Japanese company also focuses on the long term profit and market share increasing, and they pay more attention to technology and innovation of productive process.

In the research approach part, Saunders et al gives definition of the induction approach (Saunders, M., Lewis, P. and Thornhill, A. 2007), and Wilson defined that Conclusive research approach (Wilson, A. M. 2011). In the secondary research part, Sekaran et al tells us what are secondary data and qualitative research (Sekaran, U. and Bougie, R. 2009). Bryman and Bell explains the definition of in-depth interview (Bryman, A. and Bell, E. 2011), and Saunders et al explains what is structured interview (Saunders, M., Lewis, P. and Thornhill, A. 2007). In-depth interview focuses on the main topic, and there may be only one question presented by interviewer. Questionnaires are often used in structured interview, and the questionnaire is focused on customers to investigate customers’ viewpoints to the company and their satisfaction of the product or service.
