In the final chapter conclusions and recommendation will be discussed, these conclusions and recommendations will be based on the results from previous chapters of the report. Some of the recommendation will be implemented in the short term period and some will be implemented in the long term period.

Here the description of the research methods of the particular strategies that will be used to collect the evidence necessary for building and testing theories related to this thesis. The research method will consist of both the primary and secondary research.
初步研究
Primary Research

• A survey will be conducted where, where a questionnaire will be formulated to gain information about who are the target customers, their needs and purchasing behavior. This will help ENV focus its effort on achieving the expectations of their end users.
• The questionnaire and the sample size; the questionnaire will be filled out by the selected target group of ENV products. In general the sample size should be around 500, depending on the size of the population (Sekaran, 2009). The required sample size is 100 with a 95% confidence interval. It is expected that the response rate will be 100%. The questionnaire will be developed to gain insights on the customer’s main needs and wants, these were questions relating to the importance they put on the functions, the price and the different models of portable TV’s.
Secondary Research
• Literature will be used in the form of books and past research on this topic; these sources will act as guide to gain information on the theory which will be necessary for to carry out the research.
• Internet websites will also be used to gain information related to this thesis; this will include the market analysis, information gathering on the German portable TV’s industry, competitors and target customers.
Validity:
• Validity stands for the trustworthiness of the research. The trustworthiness can be ensured by making the data and analysis directly in relation with the main problem that you want to solve (Galindo, 1998https://www.51lunwen.org/yingyulunwengeshi/ ). For example, the ENV’s internal situation will be conducted by using the financial records.
Reliability:
• Reliability stands for the quality of the processed and collected and analyzed data that is used (Galindo, 1998). The reliability level remained high throughout the report due to the use of resources that are well known. The information used for this thesis is up to date and comes from reliable sources, including EVN’s confidential data.
