The Research Question/s:
1. What are advantages/ disadvantages of female leaders?
ⅰadvantages: more responsibility and initiative; emphasis on practical work; good capabilities in communications.
ⅱdisadvantages: physical condition; women's character flaws; conflicts between female leaders’ work and families.
2. What reasons of lack of female leaders?
ⅰinfluence of traditional thinking
ⅱunfair treatment in society
ⅲ political, religionary reasons
3. Why should raise the important position of female leadership?
ⅰto meet the needs of harmonious society
ⅱphysiology and Psychology show that female leaders have special capabilities in management
ⅲ practice and experience shows that women can become excellent managers.

Research Design:
Data Collection Strategy
Data collection (Interview Section)
As I am keen to show the proportion of female leaders in enterprise and the roles they play in the enterprises, I will undertake interviews from February to April 2009. Therefore I will select suitable sample of companies for interview. The interviews will be semi-structured in format, with open-ended questions to prompt discussion. A note of the questions used in the interviews. Detailed questions include the number of female leaders in the companies, the roles they play in the companies, etc.
First of all, I will through network, magazines and reports to select enterprises which have female leaders, then contact with them to choose whom are interested with my research. I will interview the chosen companies' HR managers, the results of the interview will be taken down through notes and recording.
