2.5 Feedback

As one of the four basic skills in English teaching, listening not only means training students to understand others’ words, but also is a necessary learning means for students to master English. Therefore, teachers must give enough attention to listening to improve the quality of English teaching.

However, the improving of the listening level needs a large number of training exercises. As the native language of China is not English, there is not a good atmosphere for learning English in China. Thus, listening will become the first problem encountered by the students in the process of learning English.
