Domino's Pizza is recognised as the world's leading pizza delivery company. Domino's Pizza Group Limited ('DPG') is a wholly owned subsidiary of Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc which is quoted on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Chapter 1, the Author first to describe the current Domino’s turnover problem, There are high turnover rate in Domino. High turnover hurts the bottom line, it costs money to recruit, hire and train people, and undercuts service when inexperience’s employee don’t work as efficiently , it cost Domino’s about $2500 each time an hourly store worker leaves and about $20,000 each time a store manager quite, the company estimated., and chapter also give the aim and objective of this report.


Chapter 2 does literature review for the theory of motivation, this report will use Hierarchy of needs theory, equity theory and expectation theory to explain the turnover of Domino’s workers.


Chapter 3 uses of the motivation theory to analyze Domin英语论文网 【http://www.51lunwen.org】o workforce in china, difference country have different culture, it is to answer how Domino motivate its company workforce in china.


Chapter 4 is the conclusion part. It helps reader get the answer for hypothesis from above theory analysis of company work seating, Recommendation for solving the organization problem; The Company can proclaim his or her open-door policies and go as far as admitting everyone who comes in the office. Then they interrupt by anticipating the speaker’s words, looking at the clock, or indicating that they are impatient in some way.
