产品质量监督检验协议授权书

第1条：承诺
在本协议有效________天，甲方特此构成和委任乙方：香港AQI服务有限公司作为我的真实和合法的律师代表产品质量的监督责任，以测试产品的购买。具体的监督和测试内容是根据我们所确认的价格。乙方：香港AQI服务有限公司同意接受委托书甲方：在实施和实现承诺的连接______。
2条：甲方协助
1、甲方应根据监督检验的相关标准，提供并协调乙方监督检验工作。
2甲方应向乙方提供所需的技术资料，包括订单、技术指标等，以确保甲方和乙方的监督检验标准。
3、甲方应与乙方协调乙方与甲方的关系。
4、甲方应对乙方的价格和报告予以适当的关注
5甲方不能对乙方的产品质量进行监督或检验，甲方不承担乙方与甲方供应商关系的责任，甲方应负责支付50%的监督检验费及运输费。

Article 1: Commitments
During the effective days of this agreement, Party A ________ hereby constitute and appoint Party B: Hong Kong AQI Service Co., Limited as my true and lawful attorney representative of product quality for taking the responsibility of supervising and testing the products purchased. The specific supervision and testing content is based on the price that we confirmed. Party B: Hong Kong AQI Service Co., Limited agrees to accept the power of attorney from Party A: ______ in connection with implementing and achieving the commitments.

Article 2: Party A Assistances
1. Party A shall provide and coordinate Party B with the supervision and test activities in accordance with the related standards of supervising and testing.
2. Party A shall provide Party B of the necessary technical materials in tested products, including orders, technical index, etc., for assuring the supervising and testing standards Party A and Party B agreed.
3. Party A shall coordinate with Party B in the relationships between Party B and Party A’s suppliers.
4. Party A shall due care about the price and report of Party B.
5. If Party B cannot supervise or test the product quality on the result from Party A cannot bear the responsibility of coordinating Party B with the relationship between Party B and Party A’s suppliers, Party A shall be responsible for paying 50% of supervision and test fee as well as the transportation fee.

Article 3: Confidentiality
1. Once the agreement is executed after signing and stamping by Party A and Party B, Party A and Party B shall ensure to bear the confidentiality of the relevant statistics or information, including data, testing range, samples, other technical materials, regulated testing prices by Party A and Party B, and testing plan, etc., or even disclose them to any Third Party.
2. Party B shall promise not to apply information of product from Party A and information of supervising and testing to another unrelated parts of testing and supervising the product.
3. Within effective date of signing and three years of ending the agreement, Party B shall not disclose any business trade secrets, including technical information, customer information, price policy, etc., of Party A on the condition of taking the activities ruled by this agreement. Party B shall return all related materials about supervising and testing of Party A’s product to Party A within seven days of ending the agreement.

Article 4: Duties of Party B
1. Party B shall not directly contact the customers of Party A.
2. Party B shall ensure its employees to follow the regulated articles in supervising and testing product’s quality.
